Dear Sir/ Madam
Sub: Your appointment as outreach candidate
This has with reference to your application and subsequent discussions we had with you regarding your association with us to carry out recruitment and placement of manpower for our clients in India. We are happy to inform you that we have immense pleasure in offering you an assignment in our organization on the following broad terms and conditions:
1. POSITION: You will be working as an Outreach candidate for our operations.
2. TERM OF OFFER: Our business association will be initially for a period of one year, which is extendable every one year subject to mutual satisfaction and acceptance. At the same time, either party can terminate this contract by giving one month’s notice to the other party, without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
3. COMPENSATION:
(i) The Outreach candidate agrees to pay the Company, a sum of Rs.200* (Rupees Two Hundred Only) as Outreach candidate Fee towards being appointed as the Outreach candidate which is non refundable.
A. The Sharing of Revenue between the Company and Outreach candidate on various Revenue generated shall be in the following fashion:
• Placement Payout:
15% to Outreach candidate of 6.33% of total CTC of the candidate placed from the data bank provided by Outreach candidate.
The above percentage (i.e.6.33) being based on the Cost to Company for the hired candidate, at the relevant initial intended place of posting. Variable Pay, if any, is not included for the purposes of the above percentage computation.
B. The Outreach candidate understands and agrees that the Company shall make the payouts to the Outreach candidate in the following manner:
Payment of the placement payout will be made by GCS after 90 days from the date the candidate has joined his or her duties with organization only if the candidate completes his three month with the respective organization for which invoice will be raised by outreach candidate.
4. BANK TRANSACTIONS:
All payments will be remitted to the Outreach candidate’s account in ________________________, at Chandigarh or any other Bank Account________________________________ as may be intimated to the Company by the Outreach candidate at the beginning.
5. RESPONSIBILITY: You will be responsible for efficient satisfactory and economical management of the operations assigned to your charge from time to time. The management may assign you in any Operating Division of the Company/Group without, however, affecting your status or compensation adversely. You will act within the framework of the organization structure, policies and discretion laid down by the management from time to time.
6. DATE OF JOINING: This offer is being made to you on the understanding that you will start operations as soon as possible but in any case not later than 15 days from the date of the receipt of this letter. If you do not start by the aforesaid date this offer will be automatically be ineffective.
7. VERIFICATION: This offer of assignment is based on the particulars furnished by you in your Personal Data Form. If subsequently it is found that any of the particulars furnished by you is wrong then your appointment shall be treated as null and void abinitio.
8. In case of any breach of any clause as mentioned in this appointment letter, the Management will be at liberty to take any action, as it deems fit.
9. In case the terms and conditions expressly enumerated above are acceptable to you, kindly reply us to us with your acceptance having understood and accepted the terms and conditions mentioned above.
